  • Our third-party service providers will unpack your new item, inspect it for any visible damage, and mount it on your wall as per the product instructions if no defects or damage are found.
  • Our service providers can only mount TVs on standard drywall surfaces. Should you need assistance in mounting your new TV on concrete, brick, tile, or other non-drywall surfaces, we recommend that you consult the manufacturer's guidelines for proper installation requirements and contact a local certified technician to do the work.
  • If you have a TV currently mounted on your wall, our providers will remove it before installing your new TV. Please note: this service does NOT include haul away or disposal of your old TV. For safety, the providers will not move your old TV once they take it off the wall, or your new TV after it’s been mounted.
  • The providers will power up your new TV, connect it to your existing devices (such as soundbars and gaming consoles), and conceal wiring (up to 6 ft.) in a plastic enclosure.
