Delete your Adukoo account

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open Adukoo and sign in.
Tap Profile (top right).
Tap Settings → Delete account.
Confirm — your account and all associated listings are removed within 24 hours.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't sign in or prefer to email us, send a message to:

Include the email address you registered with (and your phone number if you know it). We'll confirm the request within 2 business days and complete deletion within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone, profile photo).
All listings you've ever posted.
Your chat history, including images and attachments.
Your wishlist, saved searches, and verification documents.
Job applications you've submitted (resumes included).

What we keep (legal requirements)

A small subset of data is retained for up to 3 years after deletion only where required by Indian law:

Transaction / payment records (Income Tax Act, Section 44AA).
Records flagged for fraud / abuse investigation.
Aggregated, anonymised usage data with no personal identifiers.

This retained data cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
