Why our business model is unique.

OLX, Quikr, Facebook Marketplace are each one slice. Adukoo combines five honest revenue streams under one identity — and we plan to roll them out one at a time, only when each previous layer is profitable.

India first, then the world. We will earn the right to expand globally only after we have built a deeply loved platform inside India. No leapfrogging.

Why we need funding — and how we will use it.

We are not raising for vanity growth. We are raising to do six specific things, in order. Every rupee has a job.

1. Set up the legal entity
Incorporate Adukoo Tech Pvt. Ltd. as a private limited company, secure GST + MSME registrations, IP filings (trademark already secured).
2. Hire the right people
Build a small, capable team of engineers, ground operators, and customer-support agents — with a strong preference for hiring from Tier-3 India to keep costs low without compromising quality.
3. Build the brand
Multi-language marketing in India, anti-imitation awareness campaigns, app store optimisation, content + social presence, public trust.
4. Stabilise infrastructure
Scale our cloud infrastructure, move from base64 image storage to proper object storage (S3/R2), add CDN, harden security.
5. Activate the next revenue layers
Build the UPI Pay-via-Adukoo network, the government & corporate advertising portal, and the curated brand commerce module — one at a time, in order.
6. Pilot warehousing & lending
Small fulfilment pilots in 5 Tier-2 cities. Adukoo Capital lending pilot only after we have at least 12 months of transaction data.

Our long-term funding plan: ₹5,000 Cr over 8–10 years, in honest tranches.

We do not need ₹5,000 Cr today. Asking for that lump sum would be irresponsible. We will raise it in 5 tranches — each one only after we have proven the previous milestone. Patient investors who commit early can participate in later tranches at agreed terms.

Honest commitment from us: We will never raise more than we can responsibly deploy in 18 months. We will publish quarterly metrics to all investors. Founders will take no secondary exits before Series C. We are in this for 10 years minimum.
