In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our IT and technology vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewal of hardware, software, and IT professional services agreements. • Vendor Oversight: Partner with internal stakeholders to drive performance monitoring, ensure contract compliance, and manage operational risks. • Relationship Management: Facilitate communication between vendors and internal teams, coordinate regular vendor review meetings, and resolve performance issues. • Financial Tracking: Monitor vendor budgets, track payments, and maintain accurate contract documentation. We are looking for candidates who are highly organized, have a strong understanding of contract legal frameworks, and possess the ability to mitigate operational risks effectively.
