All content on this platform — including but not limited to the Adukoo™ name, the Adukoo Tech™ wordmark, the yellow-on-navy logo, the “The global Ad posting platform.” tagline (and the legacy “Build Connections, Build your Business” tagline previously used by Adukoo Tech), the UI design, the page layouts, the code, the database schema, the categorisation taxonomy, the search algorithms, the marketing copy, the badges and the illustrations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Adukoo Tech and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress and other applicable laws worldwide.
2. Prohibited Uses
The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Adukoo Tech:
- Copying, scraping, mirroring, framing or republishing any portion of the platform.
- Using the Adukoo™ name, logo or trademark in any other product, domain, social handle or marketing material.
- Creating derivative apps, websites, browser extensions or AI training datasets from our content.
- Removing copyright notices, watermarks or attribution from any content.
3. User-Generated Content
Listings, photos, descriptions, reviews and messages posted by users remain the property of the respective user, but by submitting them to Adukoo, the user grants Adukoo Tech a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, display, distribute, translate and promote the content within and about the Service.
4. Trademarks
Adukoo™, Adukoo Tech™, the Adukoo wordmark logo, the yellow circle device, the “The global Ad posting platform.” tagline and the legacy “Build Connections, Build your Business” tagline are trademarks of Adukoo Tech. Unauthorised use of any of these marks is a violation of trademark law and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
5. Enforcement
Adukoo Tech actively monitors the Internet for infringement and will pursue legal remedies — including injunctive relief, monetary damages, account termination and criminal complaints — against any party that infringes our intellectual property. Statutory damages may apply.
6. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement on Adukoo, please send a takedown notice via the DMCA / Takedown page.
