By creating an account, posting a listing, or using any part of the Adukoo™ platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Copyright & IP Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. The Service — Intermediary Only
Adukoo Tech operates an online marketplace and is an intermediary between independent buyers and sellers. We do not own, source, manufacture, warehouse, transport, inspect or guarantee any item or service listed by third-party users. All transactions occur directly between the parties. Purchase at your own risk.
4. Acceptable Use
- No live animals, humans, body parts, narcotics, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hate material or content prohibited by your local law.
- No spam, scams, phishing, fraudulent listings, deceptive pricing or manipulative metadata.
- No harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content or content that endangers minors.
- No scraping, framing, mirroring, reverse-engineering or unauthorised automated access.
5. Listing Accuracy & Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of every listing (title, description, photos, price, condition, location, contact info). Adukoo Tech does not verify authenticity, quality, ownership or legal status of items, nor the identity of any user.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account or remove any listing at our sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, abuse reports, or legal compulsion. No refund of paid features will be due where termination follows a Terms violation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adukoo Tech, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the user's country of residence to the extent required by local mandatory law, otherwise by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
