DMCA / Worldwide Takedown Policy

Adukoo Tech respects the intellectual property of others. If you are a rights-holder and believe that material on Adukoo infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, please submit a written notice to Adukoosupport@gmail.com containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights-holder or authorised agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted / trademarked work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing listing(s) on Adukoo.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Adukoo will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

Counter-Notice

If your listing was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with: (a) your signature, (b) identification of the removed material and its previous location, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and (d) your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Misuse warning: Knowingly filing a false takedown notice can result in liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under the laws of multiple jurisdictions including the United States DMCA §512(f).
